Technical information about this website’s accessibility

Compliance status
The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Some pages do not have unique page titles, so people using a screen reader may not be able to identify the purpose of the page. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.2 Page Titled (Level A).
Some headings do not follow a logical hierarchy, and some content has been marked incorrectly as a heading. People using a screen reader may struggle to know which headings apply to which content. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A).
Related form controls were not programmatically related using the appropriate grouping, so people using a screen reader are unable to determine should be entered in some form fields. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A) and 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions (Level A).
A ‘skip to main content link’ is not present or did not work as expected, so some users of assistive technologies cannot skip repetitive content. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (Level A).
Some error messages are not descriptive, so users may be unsure how to correct errors. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.3.1 Error Identification (Level A) and 3.3.3 Error Suggestion (Level AA).
Errors are not announced to screen reader users when users left the fields blank or answered incorrectly, so they may not know the page contains errors. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.1.3 Status Messages (Level AA). We plan to fix these issues by February 2025.
